We can deliver by air or sea freight up to the port of entry in the destination country. You can also collect the goods yourself from our warehouse in Bicester and arrange you own shipment, but the great majority of customers opt for us to arrange the freight and export processing as a complete service.
We can also deliver to certain defined destinations by overland road freight.
Air freight deliveries are usually done on CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To) Incoterms®. Sea freight deliveries are done on CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) terms. If you wish to collect the goods from us, we supply on EXW (Ex-Works) terms.
Unfortunately we are not able to supply goods on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or similar terms under any circumstances. While we will deliver the goods complete with the right export documents up to the port of entry, the task of clearing the goods, paying import duties, and doing the "last mile" delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
For a more detailed explanation of of the meaning of various Incoterms®, take a look at the International Chamber of Commerce website.
