Chlorine Dispenser Kit, Floating Pot - 3 pce

A device to allow slow release of chlorine into a tank of water. These can be used to maintain the residual chlorine level in a tank of treated water.

NOTE: The kit includes three floating pots and a Pooltester .

Chlorine dosing rate can be adjusted by the number of tablets used in the pot and by the sliding control on the pot itself.

User notes

• Chlorination alone is effective on water with very low turbidity, below 10 NTU.

Suitable slow-dissolving chlorine tablets for use in this unit are commonly sold by swimming pool suppliers in all project countries. It is recommended that 200g tablets, containing Trichloroisocyanuric Acid or Sodium hypochlorite as the active constituent are used. These are available as HTH, FI-CLOR Maxi Tabs, and other products. These will dissolve over 24 hours or longer.

The tablets are classed as hazardous for airfreight, requiring additional packaging and documentation, which makes the cost of supplying from the UK prohibitive.
