An 'in-line' Woltmann type water meter to measure volume of flow. Flange connections with 3" BSP(F) connection.
Bulk water meter supplied with PN16 flanges, with fittings and gaskets included.
- Helix 3000 bulk water meter
- Diameter 80 mm
- rated to Q3 (Qn) = 40 m3/hour, Q4 (Qmax) = 80 m3/hour
- head loss at 20 m3/hour = 0.1m, at 80 m3/hour = 0.4m
- min flow = 1.2 m3/hour
- Digital, pulsed output signal to be used with data logger or dosing pump - Meter pulse output 1 per 100 litre (pulse rate can be altered by the user)
The Helix bulk water meters can be installed horizontally, vertically or in an inclined direction.
User notes
- Flow metre installation: Manufacturers recommend that a straight length of tube (5-10 times the diameter of the tube) is used before and after the meter, to ensure laminar flow through the meter.
