Customer Registration

We can only process orders from customers who have already registered with us. We will process your registration form as quickly as possible, usually within two working days. Once you have registered with us, we will be happy to quote and supply.

We are happy to register and supply to customers who are bona fide charities, NGOs, academic institutions, or other not-for-profit organisations working in the humanitarian or development sectors.

We are unable to supply goods to the public.

Because of our own status as a registered charity, we are generally not able to accept customer registrations from commercial for-profit organisations or from individuals. However we are prepared to consider such applications on a case-by-case basis if the goods are intended to be used for humanitarian purposes only.

We are not able to supply military organisations, or customers purchasing our equipment for onward supply to military organisations under any circumstances.
