Pump kit, submersible, 4"

A 4" diameter pump set supplied with rising main, wellhead assembly and control panel. Used for pumping from water depth 60-110 m.

• rated flow 8 m³/hr at rated head 107 m
• 4" diameter pump and 3-phase motor 50 Hz
• power requirement 3.7 kW - a minimum 8 kVA generator is recommended
• Control panel:
  Manual motor starter with soft start function
  Motor protection: dry run, under/over voltage, phase loss
  IP67 appliance inlet and socket outlet

User notes

• Damage can be done to submersible pumping equipment and to the borehole if the system is not selected correctly and pumping is not carefully controlled and managed. A full borehole draw-down test is an essential part of pump selection and system operation.
• A Dip Meter is required and should be ordered, one per programme office or per technical team.
• To reduce the crate size the pump and motor are supplied separately. These must be assembled on site.
• The Rising Main installation kit, Code: BSPI, is designed for raising and lowering pumps where the flexible rising main is fitted.
