Tank kit, Onion 30 m³

A collapsible and easy to erect water tank, used for temporary installations and rapid response situations. Onion tanks are open topped and supplied with a cover. They are simple to use and suitable for water treatment as mixing of chemicals and cleaning of the tank are possible.

30 m³ self-supporting onion tank, 5.5 m base diameter.

Manufactured from UV resistant, food grade PVC coated polyester fabric (minimum 1100 g/m²). All materials used are suitable for chlorinated drinking water. All seams heat welded.

Tank is fitted with (x2) 3" BSP(M) external and internal stubs (fitted opposite each other) manufactured from LM25 aluminium. Anti-chafe patches and flaps fitted (PVC).

Kits are provided with valves and basic fittings. Additional components, such as hoses, fittings, and tapstands, should be considered according to the field installation requirements.

• 2" BSP Threaded
• DN50 Guillemin
• 32 mm Compression

User notes

• It is essential that the ground is level, otherwise the tank will spill and collapse when filled.
• This tank can be used when treating water, and has a removable top to allow cleaning.
• The tank should be elevated to 1.5m above the level of any tapstands, to provide sufficient head for gravity feed.
